The Constellation is up and running

In December 2004 the founding members of the Constellation for AIDS Competence met in Geneva and officially endorsed the charta of the organization

...two months later the founding members are signing the charter and we register ourselves. Being virtualy alive for months already, the Constellation is now 'real'. We are excited about this milestone on our journey.
